- Replace emoji symbols with text equivalents in health checks
- Remove decorative emojis from documentation and UI
- Update setup script messages to use plain text
- Replace check marks and X marks with OK/FAIL text
- Change CSS bullet point from check mark to bullet
- Replace package and art emojis with descriptive text
